At the event of when a product is sold out, Joelle Monique has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Joelle Monique shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

All products ordered directly on Joellemonique.com are fulfilled by Joelle Monique.

Please be sure the correct billing and shipping information is entered at the time of purchase.

For art prints, if you have interest in the original version of a print, please send your request via our contact page.

SHIPPING TIMES:
All shipping is handled via USPS. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 1 week of purchasing, please send an email to joellemoniqueart@gmail.com.

Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 7-10 days after shipping. The length of time will vary depending on your zip code.

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
